PapaSop EC is hard to beat for the price.
-
EC is great bang for the buck, I also have an unopened EC Barrel Proof C919 and two of B520!
-
PapaSop I have that one and 2 others. There’s difference between the 3. But, not “extremely” noticeable in my humble opinion. Yep, there’s a reason for having it in the arsenal. Happy POUR.

Jonathon s request, please list your drink of choice. I’ll start, I love bourbon and Coors Light or a good old Coors yellow belly. My bourbons of choice are Elijah Craig, Bulliet, Maker’s Mark, Jim Beam Black and W.L. Wellers. Now if I just want to pound down some drinks a good 7&7 can’t be beat.
Tex_77 Evan Williams or Ezra Brooks whiskey here

hoity toit Evan first. Then, Ezra. That supposed bottom shelf stuff many times kills the fufu stuff.
-
Evan Williams is my mainstay, dollar to quality ratio is hard to beat

My Doc said I need to cut down on my drinking, so no more mixers or chasers. Its strictly Bourbon or Tennessee whiskey neat, or on the rocks if its hot out. Eagle Rare and EH Taylor small batch are two of my go to bourbons. A good Jack single barrel or 12 year Dickle will work also.

Joe Hell Love the Negroni. Is a vodka cola back just the two mixed together. If it is, that’s a one-two hook.

Smart move. Those mixers will rust out your pipes. A good whisky will stand on its own two feet.

Picked this up today. Started shipping this about a year ago.

Actually pretty tasty and quite smooth. May be a keeper.

processhead Or, you could try Old Forrester 101. It is certified medicine. I still keep some of the others you mentioned & Beam Black used to be a Daily Go To a long time ago, but I switched to Old Forrester Preferably 101, 80 will do in a pinch) about 15 years ago or so. Try it straight up or with Buffalo Rock Ginger Ale. That is certified medicine too, no excuses now!

PapaSop Right again. Clyde’s a keeper and in my arsenal. It’s different than many others. But, a very tasty pour. Congrats.
