Dr_Pain Awesome platter and meat roses. I have already posted it elsewhere, but I will post again. BTW my rib roast was only $5.99/lb on sale, the last one before these crazy prices. I have been saving it for VD. Roast beef, my wife likes it medium, sauteed mushrooms, creamed spinach, wild rice pilaf, home made black currant wine and pineapple upside down cake.

Thanks bud! Everyday a little more. I think we may have found a buyer for the house so in the next few months I will be back at making salami and other cured whole muscles

Thanks Lance. I am not a very artistic person so it took me a LONG time to come up with the concept. My wife is usually the one making those artistic decisions

That is a BEAUTIFUL piece of meat!! That plate looks mighty appetizing.
