                        Deepwoodsbutcher looks good. I don’t know what tetrazinni is, can you give a rough overview of that dish? Anything good with turkey leftovers is always a hit, thx

                        Dave in AZ yeah, I learned this recipe from my mom when I was a kid. It’s a basic white sauce made with chicken stock and cream (I use whole milk usually) added to a rue. It is finished with a little Sherry wine. Stir it into cooked spaghetti pasta and add cooked turkey (traditionally chicken, but my mom would use this recipe for leftover turkey and I like that better) and mushrooms. Topped with parmesan cheese and baked at 350 for 30 mins.

                                    Today was my son’s 18th birthday. I cooked all his favorites.
                                    Sauteed salmon with nectarines simmered in an orange marmalade/butter/soysauce deglaze on it;
                                    Seared and Sauteed mushrooms, with the “chexmix snack” sauce: butter, worchestershire, season salt.
                                    Meatloaf

                                      Dave in AZ happy birthday to him and nice meal. My son turned 20 yesterday. After me working from 0345 until 1600, it was easier just to take him out to Red Lobster.

                                          Today was my son’s 18th birthday. I cooked all his favorites.
                                          Sauteed salmon with nectarines simmered in an orange marmalade/butter/soysauce deglaze on it;
                                          Seared and Sauteed mushrooms, with the “chexmix snack” sauce: butter, worchestershire, season salt.
                                          Meatloaf
