Last night was smash burgers with homemade curly fries in a light batter and Steak Princess Cajun Firefly Dust for seasoning.
Grimpuppy I could go for that.

Tried some of the Firefly Dust from the Steak Princess collection. Very good.
Used Alder chips again on indirect heat. Best I’ve used for chicken.
