      Grilled chicken, morels sauteed in butter, steamed green beans, home-made kim chi, served on rice with nuoc cham. Home-brewed pilsner to wash it all down with.

      processhead wonderful meal. My sister picks morels in MI, but I never have, despite looking for them. Sounds great!

            Picked up 3 Porterhouses at the grocery for 7 bucks a lb. and grilled them to medium rare. Turned out great. Sorry, but no final plate pics. We attacked them to fast.

            GWG8541 great looking grill marks, those are some beautiful steaks!

                                        Tex_77 you should definitely be good for a few hours. I got off easy, my wife only requested an egg scramble with ham, onion, mushrooms, and smoked cheddar. You definitely have 4 times more in the bank than I do.
