Posting these tasty pictures of Kyleโ€™s handiwork.

kyle said in What did everyone cook today?:

What I made today was corn bread in cast iron for the first time. I would love to post pictures but since the website update, I get an error message that says image file not supported Jonathon , so you guys will have to take my word that it turned out great. First piece I ate plain so I could really tell the taste of it. Second piece I put my wifeโ€™s homemade raspberry jam on it. Thanks mrobisr for the recipe. johnsbrewhouse , yours will be next. I really appreciate you guys sharing your recipes.

What to do when a dreary day that included snow flakes to fly. Cold smoked a pork tenderloin for 4 hrs. Then, sous vide it at 130 for 2.5 hours. Came out tasty.

What to do when a dreary day that included snow flakes to fly. Cold smoked a pork tenderloin for 4 hrs. Then, sous vide it at 130 for 2.5 hours. Came out tasty.

zbigjeff That looks great. I see you have green grass, my grass is still under many inches of snow. So is the grill mat just to help keep your rub from falling off the meat?

hey vegetarians, my food poops on your food!
