I did a pork loin roast with kraut this week for dinner. I seperated
the leftover pork from the kraut and made BBQ pork sandwiches with some homemade Jack Danielโs Q sauce. Since it is Fry Day, I made some homemade fry with the sammies. Not real healthy, but pretty tasty and satisfying.

Sour dough biscuits. I make these a couple of times a month. Iโd make them more often but it just doesnโt get any easier working them off my waste line. Lol

Lance man those look great. Do you need a sour dough starter for biscuits? I have starter and made bread last week. Never thought about sour dough biscuits.

I just stuffed 50 # of H summer sausage added 1 cup of mustard seed to each 25# batch. After holding overnight it will go into the oven in the AM. and I will make 25# of German rope sausage. OMW I canโt wait the the aroma of the summer sausage fills the kitchen and I can take some of the German sausage off the grill for lunch! A side dish of the corn recipe might be just the ticket what is in that?
