What did everyone cook today?

Well, I just felt the need for some nice Beefy Mushroom Enchiladas to go with those Avocados on sale.
The only problem was finding some good Mexican Cerveza around here to wash it down.calldoctoday I could put a hurtin on those.

Well, I just felt the need for some nice Beefy Mushroom Enchiladas to go with those Avocados on sale.
The only problem was finding some good Mexican Cerveza around here to wash it down.calldoctoday Could have used that today, had to settle for Costco sirloin burgers on the grill and french fries. One to many Zoom meeting this afternoon and evening to get anything else done. That is one good looking tray of food.

Weather was great today, the sun actually came out, wasn’t real warm, got to 41, suppose to be about the same tomorrow, so no slick roads. Just early morning get up, takes an hour to get to the hospital.

johnsbrewhouse That is good to hear & hopefully it will make your journey a little smoother. I kept thinking when I read the weather early this morning it said you were due for some more nasty stuff. I will keep my mouth shut.

calldoctoday Looks like it headed north to Canada, we’ll have some mountain snow Saturday and Sunday and they were making comments this morning about dusting of the white stuff on Christmas. Can’t trust the weathermen, only job in the world where you can be right 50% of time and keep your job.

bocephus Thank you. I use the Verde (Green) sauce for the chicken or turkey (good us of leftovers by the way) & Red for Beef, Beefy Mushroom as these were, & BBQ (Pulled Pork).

After today’s long day, it was look in the fridge and see what is there. Ended up with a grilled smoked cheddar cheese and bacon sandwich on caraway rye with a bit of garlic salt on the butter. Sorry no pictures, I was so hungry I just scarfed it down.
