Thats prob because PatrickB kept trying to take multiple takes to find Jonathon 's good side and eventually they either called in JohnG5 or gave up and kept the clip. JK lol

PatrickB Seasoning at that rate, it would get pretty expensive to eat. I realize you are working with a bunch of amateurs so you can only do so much.

That rosemary dijon look like some supple stuff, I am actually making french fries this weekend but there won’t be enough time to get it here in time. When I saw it as a dipping sauce I really perked up.

PatrickB who is the hand and mouth model?

Side not on the burger: who put’s the cheese that far from the hot meat?!?!?!?! I imagine there was a reason for that.

HerbcoFood haha just noticed that myself. I did have a friend in the past say that he can taste cold cheese more so than warm cheese, anyone have a preference on that end?

I agree cheeses does taste different when they are warm and cold, just like wine, etc. I prefer melted cheese on burgers and I am actually slowly getting away from what some call rabbit food of my burgers. I will accept sautéed veggies, just getting away from them in the raw form if you will.

I have to say that I prefer cold cheese. Hot cheese just tastes oily unless you have a big slab (which I do often) then I want it on the meat to semi-melt

I do like some contrasting textures, so I do continue to put the rabbit food but it has to be the right proportion. Meat should be first!

PatrickB I hope you arent friends with that person anymore, who needs that type of negativity in their life? It makes me unreasonably mad to even think someone would prefer cold cheese to the warm yummy goodness that is melted cheese!

PatrickB It all depends on the application/use. Hard cheeses are normally better cold like cheeses on a charcuterie board. But, if on meat, I prefer them melted. Smoked cheeses tend to be tastier cold. But, there’s not a hard line drawn. Smoked gouda is definitely tasty in the grits (shrimp-n-grits). They can be enjoyed however you like them. Just like alcohol being neat, with water or with ice. It all depends on the day or application. Just try them all.

PatrickB On the video with the french fries, was that sauce just dijon mustard mixed with the rosemary dijon spiceology seasoning?

I must have missed the fries video, but I’m interested in the response for the sauce mixture used either way.
