I have a 20 pound electric I’m happy with, not a big deal to refill, gives me the opportunity to add some cheese and jalapeños to half the batch. Never used a 30lb. Just wish it was a Waltons…. Good luck

I was looking to process my venison myself… I googled landjaeger and found a video of you explaining the whole process., and then they have Waltons… I could order everything I need and learn how it’s done…!Then I joined Meatgistics , the community is so helpful, I read as much as I can. My friends say the products I make are awesome!! Thanks to all of you…!! Thank you

Smokin it makes a fan that sits on the outlet. Use it for when doing jerky. They call it the James Jerky Drier, that may work. I have the model #3 no issues but only do small batches.

I’ll guess 16,438. Steaks in summer once a week, in winter twice a month.
