Roll Call (Start Here First)Hi Stan from Wallingford,Ct. Deer hunter, always dropped off deer at butcher and had to go elsewhere for specialty sausages, landjager,etc … Stumbled on Walton’s and Meatgistics and was blown away with the great intel. Getting all the equipment and can’t wait to get started.

Help us grow!I was looking to process my venison myself… I googled landjaeger and found a video of you explaining the whole process., and then they have Waltons… I could order everything I need and learn how it’s done…!Then I joined Meatgistics , the community is so helpful, I read as much as I can. Electric StufferI have a 20 pound electric I’m happy with, not a big deal to refill, gives me the opportunity to add some cheese and jalapeños to half the batch. Never used a 30lb. Just wish it was a Waltons…. Good luck

Pork back fatYes a little pricey!! I was happy to find some, wow .99 cents? I had to get some in the freezer, there are some pig farms around locally so will have to do some scouting.oh and have to add enjoy your posts twillams and processhead. Learning and getting some good ideas.
