PapaSop also with the sweet maple bacon I hope you also got the bacon booster for it, otherwise it’s pretty bland

Not sure. What I found out. If they have commented and you you do the @ symbol they will show up. Or if you do the @ and start putting the first two letters of the name it will usually show up or give you a lot of names to scroll through. But not always. Weird.

@ndmike i would use combination of beef and pork. If it was gonna be for myself i would go ground round and pork. 7.5lbs ground round 2.5 lbs pork trim 80/20 and 2.5 lbs pork fat. If i was selling then i would just use combination of regular beef trim and pork trim

@NDMike This is a hard one for me but here are mine, though they change:

                    1. Willies, best seller for a reason
                    2. Habanero BBQ, nice mix of sweet and heat
                    3. Gigawatt nice and hot, especially with ghost pepper
                    4. Taco Flavored new but I really like it. I am sure I am missing something here…

Oh, I made sticks from Supreme Pizza and they were really good but that is not a snack stick seasoning. I think I used 18 lb of meat to a full bag of seasoning to make up for the lack of salt content.

Jonathon Wasn’t there a Pizza flavored snack stick available not too long ago? I do not see it on the website now, but I know I did a batch of pizza snack sticks maybe about a year ago and I am sure I did not just modify the brat seasoning.
Now that I think of it, I think this was the seasoning that twilliams had some problems with.

Snacks I you are looking for a mild one, I made a batch of the Bloody Mary and they were mild but had a good flavor. I did use ECA in the batch I made, which may have added to the taste.

Snacks if you haven’t told her the flavor name yet just tell her it’s peppercorn. Some folks really get thrown off by the word “bourbon” if they don’t like whiskey and automatically get it in their brain that they don’t like it. I can’t taste no whiskey in it what so ever.
