Big storm heading this way so I will be busy plowing tomorrow and won’t have much time to cook, so I did it all today. Two tenderloin fillets, mushrooms, onions and roasted brussel sprouts with bacon and blackberry ginger balsamic vinegar. For later some Texas Twinkies and armadillo eggs.

YooperDog I love my weather rock. My Father used to make them. This one he made for me in the 70’s. Quite the conversation piece. By the way, nice Polish pottery dinner ware.C87838BE-9FAA-4221-BD3C-8C2EC3811C8E.jpeg

Made some more sausage and sticks. Everyone asked for something hotter than last batch of jalapeño with ghost cheese. These are jalapeño mix with hot pepper cheese, added 14 trinadad scorpion peppers and 1/4 cup of habanero powder. Should have some bite!!! 3 pound venison backstrap, 2 pound beef roast and 7 pound pork butt, double grind
