Grilled some bass this evening with captain’s bay seasoning. It was great. 20211209_180530.jpg 20211209_182217.jpg the fish grilling basket is a great tool.

cdavis that looks great. I never used the basket but every time I see one I wonder if I should get one. Looks like it may be worth it.

Big storm heading this way so I will be busy plowing tomorrow and won’t have much time to cook, so I did it all today. Two tenderloin fillets, mushrooms, onions and roasted brussel sprouts with bacon and blackberry ginger balsamic vinegar. For later some Texas Twinkies and armadillo eggs.

YooperDog probably got more coming later in the week too. We are getting hit hard tonight. Mountains are suppose to get hit big above 3000 ft. 59 inches on the Olympics and 44-55 inches in the Cascades in 2 days, we are suppose to get 2-3 inches of cold rain, and possible bit of snow mix.

johnsbrewhouse Yeah it is that time of year. I just finished cleaning up from last night’s ‘dusting’. This stuff coming is supposed to be wet and the weather folks best guess is somewhere between 7"-18". What a WAG (wild a$$ guess), I could do better with a weather rock.

Bob Stehlik. Thank you. I started getting my wife a few pieces when I was in Germany in the mid-90’s and it has become a bit of an obsession of hers since. She wants to go back to Poland one of these Christmas seasons. On our last visit there I needed to buy more suitcases, between her and our boys it got a bit crazy.

The wife and I are staying at a cabin in the ND Badlands for a much needed 2 day vacation of doing absolutely nothing. I did cook a decent breakfast though.20211211_113534.jpg 20211211_113554.jpg
