Yesterday morning: ham egg and cheese sliders using Hawaiian rolls. There is a cream cheese and Dijon mustard spread on the sandwiches. The eggs are from our ducks. Wish I could say the same about our ham but that’s from the deli. The wife found this recipe. Simple to put together and tasty.

gus4416 My go to breakfast meat for sandwiches is pork roll/Taylor ham. But I eat just about anything. Eventually will try to make homemade pork roll but not quite there yet.

Wish I could say the same about our ham but that’s from the deli. The wife found this recipe. Simple to put together and tasty.

Tried out the Chicken On the Run marinade and coating. Baked the chicken and it turned out good, I bet it would have been even better deep fried. I like the coating because it is light and crunchy and has a nice flavor, the marinade kept the bird moist and tasty even after a 24 hr soak.

Tried out the Chicken On the Run marinade and coating. Baked the chicken and it turned out good, I bet it would have been even better deep fried. I like the coating because it is light and crunchy and has a nice flavor, the marinade kept the bird moist and tasty even after a 24 hr soak.

YooperDog Your chicken looks amazing. I tried some Chicken on the Run on some Cordon Bleu but it didn’t look near as good as yours.

YooperDog Looks great! Just received my CR & CR marinade last week. We can’t wait to try it. With Lent starting tomorrow, has anyone tried it on fish? Let us know. Thanks
