    kyle You talking about the pork? Yes, I am going to do just a rub. I tend to only brine fowl and cured meats.

      Here is the final brisket pic, I also made some homemade hand cut fries, and I used the Spiceology Rosemary Dijion seasoning to make a dipping sauce for the fries.
