      The bone in brisket strips are usually what you cut off the spare ribs when you trim them St. Louis style. I am guessing the center cut boneless is what Tex linked to.

          About to put it on, I used a seasoning that isn’t sold by Walton’s so I won’t say the name.

          HerbcoFood The price of all meat is just crazy that I why I found a friend that I went to school with that raises red angus and started buying half a beef might not be prime but pretty dam good trying to get him to raise pigs to

            HerbcoFood I’ve cut thousands of whole hogs, but never saved this. Always trimmed the lean off for sausage. Cooked right I’m sure it’ll be tasty. It’s a fatty piece with bones and cartilage not a lot of lean meat.

              gus4416 I used my costco cash back for this purchase, so it was one of those free but not free purchases if you will.
