Cooked up some Country Ham with homemade biscuits and eggs over easy. I dipped the little ham sandwich in the yellow gold of the eggs. I added some sliced cherry tomatoes from the market. Man I miss my garden maters.

I also had some breakfast dessert with homemade grape jelly on a biscuit.

Got the Mandarin Teriyaki (non ECA) smoked and a batch of jalapeno cheddar sticks done yesterday. The Teriyaki are definitely better without the ECA. Maybe went a little bit overboard with the jalapenos. Great flavor but a little warm.![0_1637428054297_PXL_20211120_042603078.MP.jpg](Uploading 100%)

Last night at the Ranch dinner. Pretty simple, marinaded bacon wrapped back straps with fried onions, roasted jalapenos and jalapeno, cheddar bratwurst wrapped in foil with some Shiner, onions and butter. Washed down with some Shiner, Yuengling and some quality whiskey. Added to the greenhouse gasses with some hot burning mesquite and hand rolled cigars.

No radio, internet, news or sirens, but nature for 2+ weeks. Only when we needed to go to town was there a useful signal. Boy did my BP go down and sleep go up.

Well not really a meal but I made 25lbs of H summer sausage with jalapeños and bell peppers from the garden. It turned out great. 20211118_075029.jpg 20211118_091925.jpg 20211118_090133.jpg 20211119_121008.jpg it was 20 lbs of venison and 5lbs of beef fat.

Tex_77 As always, another great looking meal. Grilled some pork chops and made funeral potatoes for supper. Didn’t think of a picture until there was only a dirty plate left.
