GWG8541 I’m ready for the fall , it’s been a brutal summer here, grasshoppers ate our gardens, temps were 92-103 and no rain for over 2 months.

Steven Winscot I realized it was hot down there when 4 of my life buds (2 diff couples) in and around the Houston area came up to Ohio just so they could sit outside and enjoy something outside of their houses. We had a blast while they were here enjoying the “natural air conditioning”.

zbigjeff thanks. It was fun and the family we are camping with are totally amazed by it. The kids really enjoyed when we just dumped everything out on the table. They have never seen anything like it. Life is good

kyle Duct tape is a great seam sealer, even cooks need a roll in the kitchen.

Gonna use this in the next pot roast that lands in my 60 plus year old CI Dutch oven in the oven roasted @ 285 for 4 hours. I’ve already googled the other recipes. Thumbs up for sure!

Steven Winscot We are fortunate in Western Washington, our smoke comes and goes with the wind off the Pacific depending on the flow. The only problem, when we get the smoke from fires, we get it from the all in the Northwest and it often looks foggy. The smoke is suppose to move back in today for a bit with the airflow becoming offshore.

kyle I understand. There was just something about laying that free/reuse newspaper down on the table before throwing all that shrimp, crabs, sausages, onions, & corn down & then wrapping it all up with the shells after we were done. Try putting one stick of butter for each person in the boil mix (max out at about five), whew, talk about unhealthy & good! I think its time to head for the coast & get some Blue Crabs & Shrimp.

zbigjeff Yes, we used to have to go up to places like Wisconsin, Minnesota, Nebraska, etc. to be able to enjoy camping in the Summer. Minnesota had some huge Mosquitos, but they were not as mean as some of them at various locations in the south.

wdaly I like Korean cuisine in general with Bulgogi being one of my favorites entrees. So I thought I’d give this a shot, since I had it at a restaurant before. It was not bad, but I definitely want more kick next time.

Working on side dish. German style hot potato salad. No recipe 💯 from memory and scratch. Have made this 100 times. B7CF3066-3FA5-4DA0-B08C-07C856E82846.jpeg
