First time I have ever made breakfast for supper when it was 94 degrees out. It was good though! The sausage patty is actually willies snack stick seasoning. We put some in 1 lb bags to try as breakfast sausage. It is definitely spicier in patty form than sticks. I liked it though.

Coconut beer batter shrimp and Halibut. Butterflied and deveined shrimp. Dipped the shrimp in beer batter then in cornflake crumbs with coconut.20210819_163104.jpg 20210819_163425.jpg 20210819_165645.jpg 20210819_171551.jpg

lkrfletcher I ate really well tonight. My son cooked a spicy Korean chicken and some green beans and I ate too much, but those pics are making me hungry again. The elk enchiladas look great.

lkrfletcher They look great, I might have to try elk enchiladas. Hadn’t thought of that. we have made them with just about everything else. Made some this summer with mushrooms for nieces who are vegetarians, others tried them and liked them also even though we had chicken and pork.
