    lkrfletcher Next time I am going to try pork rind as breading and figure something else out for the stuffing in the mushrooms, maybe crab and cheese.

    YooperDog Have to use something like panko with the pork rind because pork rind alone will just be greasy. Just sayin’

        YooperDog Crush finely in a food processor and use them along with something else to top like a strusel or as a minor dressing on mac n cheese.
