LOL. Had to scrape off some of the stalactites. Won’t be clean long. -
zbigjeff Good luck with the procedure. My sister had a replacement done in January and is pain free and mobile enough to dance and walk long distances again.
processhead Glad that your sis is back up and moving. Hoping for the same result. Keeping the attitude that each day will get better after surgery and will do everything in my power to keep that attitude.

lkrfletcher Love the Blue Ribbon Brat seasoning. Glad you also had a good result.

calldoctoday All that day was good for was sitting inside sippin’ on either “whiskeys or wine”. Looks like there’s a warmup coming next week. It can’t get here soon enough. So, I prepped up 5 thighs and 4 breasts by pounding them, seasoned them with homemade emeril creole seasoning, stuffed them with either smoked cheddar or gouda wrapped in prosciutto and wrapped them in bacon, cooled them overnight and vacuum packed them for the freezer. I’m currently cooking like a madman getting ready for hip replacement rehab where I can’t be on my feet (no weight bearing) for four weeks. Just filling up the freezer and will reheat soups, beef stroganoff, rice, quinoa, mashed potatoes, variety of veggies, chicken, stuffed pork chops, etc via sous vide. Doing that because I can’t bring myself to eat recommended store bought processed frozen dinners. So, used the day wisely.
zbigjeff We truly wish you the very, very best & a full & complete recovery & the ability to keep getting around. I had a knee done about 15 years ago & cannot even begin to imagine a whole hip. Hang in there!

my wife had a knee done and my step daughter needs a hip replaced

craigrice Yes, there’s much work getting ready for the “event”. But, I’m thankful that “my maker” created people who figured out how to properly accomplish it. I’m happy to hear that many others worked out and that just adds a good positive attitude for those in your family and everyone else getting it done. Just prayers to all and the people helping them.

The wife picked up some boneless skinless chicken breast and wanted me to do something healthier with them. So I made a salad.

JoeB RE: Texting under the influence: When I come out, I will not touch the phone until I know my name. Thanks for the heads up. craigrice calldoctoday @Bob Stehlik Thanks for all the encouragement. I got this way by officiating over 4,500 soccer games. So, when you play, you will pay. Just getting the place ready for this “invalid” for the event in about 3 weeks. That’s a pain in itself. But, knowing that the team is behind you, all I have is positive thoughts. Thanks again guys.
