Today at 3 pm CDT at waltonsinc.com/live we have our weekly Meatgistics Livestream. I am going to go through every seasoning category and list my 3 favorites and my least favorite. Then, I will start going through equipment and list my favorites there. PLEASE bring questions guys, I haven’t had time recently to properly plan one of these out. We will get back to that place but with Austin getting covid right after I did time is hard to come by! So, join us if that sounds interesting or if you have a question!

Tex_77 No, but I also wouldn’t kick my grandmother in the butt?! Cheese in an Italian Sausage? Just kidding, I could see Mozzarella being okay in it. Still wouldn’t do it but it is not a crime against humanity!

Jonathon How about a breakfast sausage? For making something like a sausage, egg and cheese, biscuit sandwhich?

Jonathon couldn’t watch it live but just got done watching the recording so i was technically there…lol. Thanks for the mention bud. Even though i think your crazy for peppercorn being your least favorite…haha.

Doing something a little different for the live stream today. I know I said on the podcast the monthly live stream that we wouldn’t be having one but we are going to have it. I am going to be making fresh sausage (for employee appreciation day tomorrow) and we are going to go through waltonsinc.com/live AND Instagram live. So, Patrick will be behind the camera reading chats and I will occasionally stop so I can answer questions.

For anyone who wants to watch them, they are all still on Youtube…I should create a section of Meatgistics to link those to, shouldn’t I? Also…I know we said we wouldnt do giveaways but maybe we do something where each show someone wins a hat or something…maybe I just pick the best question? We can plan this out more but as long as we dont advertise them as having giveaways I still think we will mostly get people who are interested in meat processing and not people who only want to win things.
