calldoctoday Will do, got a bit of a later start out the wife had to finish working before we could leave. So I missed the entire live stream by the time we got here to the camp and opened the trailer up. Was nice last night except for the mosquitos are hatching now, had to get out the Deet, that and something got a skunks wrath just as we hit the sack since it started filling the air and giving that lovely fresh outdoors scent to the inside of the trailer. Fortunately all the dogs were in for the night to. I’ll go out today and see if I can find that varmit and end his life.

Jonathon I’ll be on the road today headed for our camp for the long weekend. Will have intermittent reception for cell and internet until I get there. That’s is one problem with having the live stream prior to a holiday weekend. Might see you all there.

jonathan324 No offense taken, opinions are appreciated in the community. UPS hates Walton’s here, my boxes are either late, have holes in them or look like they served time on the front line in Ukraine by the time the get to my door. FedEx is slightly better on the damage front but their on time deliver rate sucks, especially air packages. We just get really good service from USPS on our route, she is even a rural contract carrier and has been for 25 years.

bocephus We have that problem with FedEx and UPS, only had that once with USPS and that was because the zip code scanned wrong

jonathan324 I beg to differ with you on the reliability of UPS compared to USPS. I can always rely on UPS being late on the shipment. USPS never has a problem here in the west. UPS is still using old technology in their system, it’s all blackberry based and windows 95. I have talked to a lot of the drivers who end up taking a lot of the flack for poor UPS management decisions. Once the package reaches the local distribution center and is scanned it goes delivery pending no matter who is doing the final mile delivery. Your package could be stuck on a belt or fall off one and still be pending delivery. USPS scans its packages on every move and knows where the are, just like the airports scan luggage. FedEx and UPS use USPS because they deliver packages to home more effectively.

Jonathon your body has a set point for what your body fat and weight it is programmed to be at. The chemistry of the body will regulate and fight the mind when you try to alter what is set. I struggle with that daily with the metabolic disorder, but I feel better now that I found a Dr. that understands it and has put me in a much healthier position that I was in 10 years ago being a insulin dependent diabetic and well over two sacks of potatoes heavier. I grew up with a mother who was a registered dietician and still had a weight problem. The problem with nutritionist is that most try to fit everyone into one mold. I see a Dr. who specializes in metabolic disorders and studies nutritional habits heavily. She has to change a lot of minds. She has a lot of athletes that can’t control their weight, imagine that. Over-exercise, starvation dieting and following guides from someone who tries to make them fit a mold creates their problems. My mom looked at how and what my physician had to say and was doing a was quite impressed on her approach to the whole obesity and nutrition outlook.
