Anyone here have the 26lb dual gear stuffer? And can you do snack sticks with it? Looking at the cyber sale….we do have a 11lb lem dual gear stuffer just looking for a bigger one since we usually do 25lb batches and to upgrade our 15lb single gear lem

Jonathon Austin looking at the cyber Monday deals would the 26lb dual gear stuffer handle snack sticks or would the 11lb be better? We usually make 25lb batches. We do have a 11 lb dual gear stuffer from lem so theirs that too so maybe the 26lber???

Randie N if I would’ve found Walton’s before buying lem would’ve went with Walton’s…not sure what Walton’s warranty is but lem is 5 years on the stuffers I believe……had a issue last year with my 10 lb stuffer called them sent a pic of the problem sent me a new part no questions asked

Randie N We have a lem 10 lb stuffer and the lem 15 lb stuffer….the lem 10 lband the Walton’s 11lb look the same only difference is probably the price….I agree with ND Mike about the gears exposed on top. Don’t really like it we have used the 15lb to make sticks it was a PITA practically lifted the table off the ground but didn’t break anything….probably took a few years off the stuffers life

cdavis that’s what I think I’m gonna do next time just let them finish in the smoker instead of the water bath….I was going to check the difference finish in water vs. finish in smoker with some summer sausage……buuuuttttt I got impatient

ND Mike same thing happened to me on my last batch I did….seemed fine till I froze and then thawed a package out….mine were pretty wet and kinda squishy….I just dealt with it this time…good thing I only did 12# so I’m gonna follow this thread and hopefully you’ll get an answer
