1500th post for me

I wanted to use my 1500 post to thank Waltons for creating Meatgistics. Austin this is one of the coolest places around and I’m grateful I found it. Jonathon thanks for all your videos and the how to knowledge and making this place fun. Also thanks to the Meatgistics users that make my days so much better by sharing info and the fun banter we have on here. What a great community this is!!!
ND Mike - Congrats. I hit mine a few weeks ago. Can’t wait to try the knife out. Should be here soon. Great community here.

cdavis I have been hunting and cutting up deer since I was 20 I’m 47 now. The sausage making has only been the last few years all majority/solely learned from this group and meatgistics thanks to Austin and Jon that dedicate so much into it. So really I don’t have a whole lot to offer anymore than anyone else here. I will definitely still be an active member and post when I do something big or small. I just wish I had the knowledge to do all the big foods and dishes that most of you all do.
