                      Joe Hell it can be tricky sometimes I make about 30 gallons a year right now and every once in awhile I throw some out cause it tastes bad lol.

                        beekeeper84 I haven’t found too many that I’m fond of really. It might be my palate more than anything. I like the idea of using honey any chance I get because bees rule!

                          Joe Hell have you tried joes ancient orange recipe it’s a pretty common one and one of my favorites.

                                      Joe Hell I used to use local wildflower honey for mine. If you can get some orchard honey or fireweed that would give some great flavor too.
