beekeeper84 I’ve tried my hand at making mead on several occasions and it was less than favorable. lol.

Joe Hell it can be tricky sometimes I make about 30 gallons a year right now and every once in awhile I throw some out cause it tastes bad lol.

beekeeper84 I haven’t found too many that I’m fond of really. It might be my palate more than anything. I like the idea of using honey any chance I get because bees rule!
