Been way to long with a manual slicer and my new 12" slicer arrived. Thank you Walton’s…this is a beast. Shipping to Canada took some time but worth the wait. IMG_3100.jpg IMG_3099.jpg IMG_3098.jpg

jfyoung45 Nice purchase, you’ll love it, especially if you do a lot of jerky. Just make sure you get a partial freeze on it to avoid tailing. If you do a lot of deli meats you might not need to, but rotating the meat so the part that is closest to the blade is furthest back and vice versa is usually a pretty good idea. Again, enjoy!

jfyoung45 you are going to love the upgrade. I have one I use to slice my jerky, sandwich meats and foods going into the dehydrator. Just having precise control over the thickness makes the cooking and final product more consustant.

calldoctoday I have the same model and it does work well, but it is a two person operation for sure, but I do keep it as a back up.

Upgraded from a 7” to a 12” a few years back and what a difference that made in slicing.
