The girl at the deli told me a whole chicken consisted of 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 wings, and two whole breasts, I said a chicken has 1 breast. She honest to god looked at me and said “All mammals have two breasts”. I just laughed and said I didnt know that, I just guess I’ll just take the special.

8 Turkey legs / 4 Chicken legs = 2 legs per bird
See even scientific equations work out to 2 legs per fowl…….so not sure why chickens have back legs, they have under legs! -

I guess chickens being a mammal also explains the front leg and hind leg thing with chickens.
