Akaushi Ribeyes

Joe Hell good to know… I have awesome photos, but I’m getting frustrated with trying to share them. Thanks for your help.

Dave R The size of the photos sometimes seem to be the issue with me. I will email them to myself and resize them one size smaller as I do. If I’m connected to internet I don’t seem to have this problem.

My smoked rib-eye roast straight off the Treager yesterday after 8 hours. Fork tender! -
Joe Hell ok, I will try it. I tried to change the size settings on the phone but it doesn’t seem to matter. Here we go…

Joe Hell Finally got around to uploading the Akaushi Rib eye pics to the computer.
Hopefully I have solved my upload issue.

Jonathon Smart food service in Parkland Washington Rib eye primal that I cut to a roast of around 4 lbs. Served us two meals. This is an IBP product, I buy my primal’s from them and cut them myself into steaks , roasts, and whatever else suits the needs of the smoker or cure.

Well it looks amazing, I can practically taste that bark!
-
Dave R I’m making fat person noises looking at those.
-
Jonathon I am hurt and shocked at you “fat shaming” the skinny carnivores can make the same guttural noises as the fat ones

Jonathon never made such a claim. I was only pointing out your lack of genteelism

johnsbrewhouse We are getting a Smart Food Service here in Walla Walla soon…I can’t wait!!!
Joe Hell There is one in Pendleton and one in Richland as well. Make sure you get on there email list. You can learn when the different cuts hit the specials. I buy most of my primals there. I get my hams and ground beef and pork from Saars Markplace here only when its on sale.

johnsbrewhouse Had never heard of Smart Food Service, looked it up and it is the old Cash & Carry?
