St-Valentin’s Day: What special cooking did you do, I’ll go first!

Dr_Pain Awesome platter and meat roses. I have already posted it elsewhere, but I will post again. BTW my rib roast was only $5.99/lb on sale, the last one before these crazy prices. I have been saving it for VD. Roast beef, my wife likes it medium, sauteed mushrooms, creamed spinach, wild rice pilaf, home made black currant wine and pineapple upside down cake.

That is a BEAUTIFUL piece of meat!! That plate looks mighty appetizing.

I try and treat her like a queen everyday, not only because I love her, but it helps a lot when I come home with new toys…I mean tools

Beef fillet medium for my lovely wife, medium rare for me. Paired with shrooms and onions carmelized in red wine
Fondant Potatoes
Hand dipped chocolate covered strawberries
And one of her favorites, Banana Bread

I made 2 pizza and took the first one out and by the time I came back with the second one my peeps were already eating so I did not take a picture of the pizza. I knew however that people would love to see the charcuterie board on my Dr.Pain board so kindly provided by Walton’s
