My first thought was the only experience I have with a carcass skinner is my right and left hand, but I digress. Sorry couldn’t help myself.

I’ve used air knives before, but this is a new one for me. Can you give more information on it? Who makes it?

No. How does it work? What animals does it work on?

They are for cleaning up hog carcasses. But there’s a lot of shops using them for chickens and turkeys as well as skinning fish. I’m going to try and and use one for cleaning up dry aged carcasses.

johnsbrewhouse Yes they are. The company is sending me one to try so I can see if it does what I’ll need it to. I do over 1000 deer a year so I’m always looking for ways to help speed things up.

Lance With over 1000 deer it might be well worth the money plus it will strip other things as well. It’s great that they will send you one to evaluate, that is what you call service before the sale.
