The company is sending me one to try so I can see if it does what I’ll need it to. I do over 1000 deer a year so I’m always looking for ways to help speed things up.

But there’s a lot of shops using them for chickens and turkeys as well as skinning fish. I’m going to try and and use one for cleaning up dry aged carcasses.
