HerbcoFood Make sure you season it multiple times before use. It’s a very good product. I use it primarily for charcuterie boards. Makes the table look very smart.

zbigjeff Yeah, I am going to oil it, not sure if I am going to use it as a cutting board or serving board. We already have a few cutting boards with our name on it and one with the highways/neighborhoods of Houston for show. But hey they say to use the crap out of it!

HerbcoFood We are blessed to have such nice options. The one showing Houston’s roads needs to probably be updated yearly with all the roads that keep moving out from downtown. Every time I visit, there’s another freeway going up. Have fun with your new toy.
