After hours Processstream

This Wednesday at around 5:30 pm we are going to do a process-stream where I make snack sticks for an upcoming event. It will be live on waltonsinc.com/live and I will have the chat up on a TV s I can answer some questions as I go. If there are no questions I plan on listening to some awesome 70’s-80’s rock so you’ll at least see my sweet dance moves if nothing else!

GWG8541 Jamming to the Oldies! No, I promise to keep my dance moves strictly in my head and bocephus she isn’t a dancer either. Probably wouldn’t have worked out if she really liked dancing as the occasional dance at a wedding is all I would do, and that would be reluctant!

My vote is for no questions at first so we can see those dance moves and once we hurt ourselves laughing or being in awe (we’ll see) we can ask the questions.

Jonathon well unfortunately the live had some bad buffering issues at the end and we lost connection. What time did you get finished up last night? It was a great stream last night

twilliams I am pretty sure I hit end at like 7:40ish, then had about 1.5 hours of cleanup cause I couldn’t use our big test kitchen sink and because things had been sitting for a while.

Thanks to everyone who joined that, I had a blast and it sort of seemed like users were enjoying it as well. I was wondering if there would be interest in making this a monthly thing? Maybe we can determine what we will make (and drink) through Meatgistics and then go over making it on the live stream?

Jonathon hey if your wife don’t mind you getting home late I’m all for watching the live streams. I didn’t learn anything new on this one but there were several asking questions that did. I’m hoping to get in touch with mike smith as he was asking about your smoke schedule but that was right about the time the live feed started going wacky

Okay, so, I am on the schedule for this upcoming Wednesday the 8th. I will have a podcast that afternoon and then right into this but I still think Wednesday is the best day of the week to do it on, so the 2nd Wednesday of each month?
What do we want to make/drink? Fresh brat with some flair, or do we want to go off the sausage-making thing and make a dish that incorporates something we already made?
