bocephus My wife has her garage since I can’t get my truck in it, so I have my little garage. It seems to have her stuff migrate to it, she says it ours. I remind her the attached garages have lots of space for “our stuff”. Here is my space.KIMG0176.JPG That’s my collector vehicle, my truck is parked up the hill.

GWG8541 those pictures are my pride and joy. They go around 3 walls. I look at each one every time I’m in my shop. Thanks for noticing them.

cdavis You guys really loaded up on the stuff over the weekend. I didn’t have a chance because I was entertaining guests all last week till today. Looks like you guys took a dent out of the warehouse at Walton’s. Great choice.

zbigjeff I don’t think we bought it all. You can catch up on the 12 days of Christmas sale. 🎄. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving and a great time with your company.

johnsbrewhouse Very nice. I finally pretty much gave away my old Jeep last year. Just did not have the time to work on it, play with it, & keep it in its own house any more & a young man that hunts nearby had been pretty much begging me for it for a long time. My sons were just not that interested in it like I was. I just hope he is enjoying it as much as I did. You Bronc looks great.

Question on the chamber vac. What is anyone using for settings? Guess this may depend on what you’re sealing.
Currently have the vac on “high”. Seal time 3 seconds. Is there somewhat of a guideline? Guess I could Google this but like the input here. Thanks

PapaSop My is different than yours, I have a vacuum gauge that I can watch. Depending on how much of a vacuum I want on the bag, that is when I hit the stop button. High seal is used for pulling a complete vac on the bag and takes the longest. The seal time is about what mine is set at and give a good seal on the bag without burn through. When I Sous Vide things I just pull enough vacuum for mine to go into the yellow or green zone on my gauge (green is 0.08 MPa sorry it’s metric units, pascal). Play with it is all I can say.

PapaSop can’t wait to use mine. Saved several whole mussels from these hind quarters. Got some jerky in my future.
