No Email

It has now been three days with no Meatgistics email. Look at my setting, both with Meatgistics and my email account. Can’t find the problem.
HELP!

The System is not sending lost password email. I got around that by signing in with google

JohnG5 doesn’t seem to be an issue with my account, and this is not a chat thing. Just no email notifications. I don’t see anything wrong with my account settings, didn’t change anything recently, and my mail account seems to be fine for all other incoming mail.
It’s like no one loves me anymore…LOL

Chef Looks like it is getting blocked. I can see a soft-bounce result in our email logs.
I submitted a request to the email provider to unblock the IP for Meatgistics and sent them the required information there. We’ll see if they respond quickly. If not, I can go in and try a couple other things, maybe.–Austin Walton

Chef I swear I responded again, but I guess not… I heard back pretty quickly from the provider and they were extremely friendly and helpful and they reset the block on our IP. It got routed through a place that claims to filter 12% of all email… We recently changed IP addresses and started sending email from meatgisitcs.com instead of from waltons.com. We pay for a dedicated IP so we don’t rely on someone else’s reputation, but sometimes that means when you start, you start with the IP rep from whoever had the IP before. So, just a hiccup there, and with our IP rep reset, we should be good going forward. I’ll keep an eye out for anyone or anything else responding bad to the IP change, and deal with anything that arises.
