Tex_77 I likes me a Hefeweizen!
That would be wheat beer, which used to be almost impossible to find in the states. Now its getting more popular.processhead My Brother in Law has always liked them for a long, long time. I think he discovered them from his tour in Germany. I was not always such a big fan, but now that you are seeing them more & more, I have found a few that I thought were pretty good.

I have been brewing my own hefeweitzen for a while. I do the traditional hazy, pale style and also a dunkel.

Had to bend down to grab this one, but for 19 dollhairs it was worth a try. Probably better as a mixer than a sipper. Will somehow muddle through it.

PapaSop Yeah, usually when you gotta bend over you usually think, this will be a mixer with soda water.

PapaSop Not so fast. There are a number of choices in that are on the low end of the dollar rainbow and much better than the top shelf.

PapaSop thats my favorite everyday whiskey and the Buffalo Trace product I drink the most of these days. Its definitely my choice for parties and get togethers when Iām making whiskey mixed drinks. It makes a great Old Fashioned and it sips fine on its own. Thanks for posting, it reminds me I need to pick up another bottle. If you havenāt tried it, they do a bonded bottle. I believe it was about $14 for a 750ml bottle. Its worth it if you are looking for some get there quicker liquor.

PapaSop for 19.99 Seagrams 7 is my drink of choice. It will take clear to the spirit world before you know what hit you. On the bourbon side Kentucky Tavern is another great bottom shelf pick.

GWG8541 will be looking for it. Just never saw that one on a shelf.

I made the mistake yesterday going down a worm hole in YouTube watching random whiskey videos; ranging from worst I ever bought to my favorites. I then took that to looking at total wineās website and started a long laundry list of hooch! FML!!

HerbcoFood I also shop my liquor from Total. I go to the website and make a list of my favorites and then always add some new ones. One thing I like about Total is, if you are a member, you can access your purchases/receipts to see what youāve bought in the past. They really do have a great selection with descriptions and ratings.

Bob Stehlik Yeah I do really enjoy their stores and I like how the app give you a good idea of where the bottle is that you are searching for. The only problem I have is my local TW is a pain in the butt to get to, so when I go I go. But there is a local mom n pop a mile from me that I like to hit up because they get some good stuff in there. Yeah you will pay a little more for a bottle but I only traveled 2 miles round trip to get there.

Never seen the bond before. We donāt carry it for some reason. To be fair, after a couple of these it was fine. Maybe just the initial taste thing. -

Ginger Ale used to be my go to for drinks. Actually havenāt had a āmixedā drink in a long time. Everything on the rocks these days. Never heard of using bourbon in breads, but then again I donāt bake. Sounds interesting.

PapaSop I usually drink mine straight up as well but thereās a couple of really good GA out there. We like Vernorās and Canada Dry makes a BOLD GA. Bourbon and Ginger tastes real good after cutting the lawn on a hot day!( but so does an ice cold beer! or 2/3/4!)

Bob Stehlik Try Buffalo Rock, it is the best if you are going to mix something with either a Bourbon or Tennessee Whiskey. You just about do not even need anything to go with the Buffalo Rock GA, that spice is so right.

First try on this one. Very tasty. My unrefined taste buds say vanilla right away. Any better taste buds out there?

PapaSop I have tried that. Itās pretty smooth and easy to sip. I like your cute little bottles. They would work well for taking them to a tasting party.
