Nothing that involved prep but getting the Big Green Egg ready. I worked an overtime shift today so easy was on the menu and I didn’t want to heat up the house. Papa Murphys is great on the grill!!!

ND Mike I like making za on the BGE. Crank up the heat and you get some crispy round pies

Tex_77 good info. I think its like anything we cook. It is all a matter of knowing how your equipment works, experimentation and personal taste or preference. Thats why I like this community-lots of ideas and people willing to find new ways of making food taste better.

ND Mike I’ve always liked grilled pizza. I have a GMG but not sure their pizza oven attachment is worth it. I just use a stone.

Surg People always say “that doesn’t look like the one I received in X restaurant”. My response is: “Correct. They normally make you pay for the tail. But, don’t deliver it to you and that’s some of the best tasting pieces of ribeye.”. Good looking finished piece for sure.
