Yeah, it is a little different, but not in a bad way at all. I would purchase it again.

processhead Oh, I like it says the person who sips on Ardbeg Uigidail when I switch to Scotch. That’s also the reason I like Woodford Reserve Double Oak also when my taste buds want it that way.

zbigjeff It is indeed . I mix mine with clamato juice instead of tomato and ring glass with celery salt! Add a celery stalk and ready to go!👌

RON PARRISH I suppose I could simply infuse my own vodka! I like a Bloody Mary that makes me sweat. I used to get one from a local Mexican restaurant/bar that I hung out at and would just have them use their hot salsa as a base. It was delicious…they thought I was nuts. lol

Joe Hell I have actually done that. I added a couple teaspoons of ghost pepper flakes to a bottle of vodka and let it sit overnight.I strained it the next day and it was very good.Maybe a little too hot for most people but you could cut back a little on the flakes

What’d you do with the pepper flakes afterwards?
Just curious, wonder how they’d be mixed in some eggs for breakfast!

I like that old Gramophone you have there too. I ran into a guy once when I was on assignment in Oklahoma I think (it has been a long time ago) & he collected them. He had some really nice ones that were like furniture just about. You would not believe the sound coming out of some of them, even for someone like me. It was wonderful & better than a whole lot of modern day stuff.

The horn makes it look like a gramophone, but it is a radio speaker. I collect and restore vintage radios. It you could see the opposite wall, it’s full of floor consoles and table radios of different makes and models.

Jonathon s request, please list your drink of choice. I’ll start, I love bourbon and Coors Light or a good old Coors yellow belly. My bourbons of choice are Elijah Craig, Bulliet, Maker’s Mark, Jim Beam Black and W.L. Wellers. Now if I just want to pound down some drinks a good 7&7 can’t be beat.

Just tapped a 5 gallon keg of my house home brew pilsener. Since it’s Friday afternoon, I decided to do some quality control sampling.20210226_161620.jpg

processhead Boy, is that clean. I love stout’s and porter’s. But, there’s always a spot on my palate for pilsner. Congrats on the clarity.
