Finally had a moment to take it out of the box.

I am thinking about just buying 80/20 ground and running it through my 25lb mixer with the seasonings. Then use my 15lb stuffer to make the patties. Lay them out on sheet pans and freeze them and then vacuum packaging them 8 to a pack. I think I am going to run 14lbs at a time which should make 42ish burgers or 5 packs.

Not trying to hijack the post but I have been looking at this. Does anyone know if the quick patty maker will fit on a Cabela’s Carnivore #12 grinder?

badfire2625 It should. It should fit any #8, #12, #22, or #32 grinder, plus any sausage stuffer with an opening diameter of 2.25". It is pretty much a universal fit.

It should not seeing it though. Click on your profile, edit profile, group title choose orange and save settings. -
