All on the grill now. Indirect to start for a reverse sear cook. Egg is sitting at about 300F for the reverse.

Night 3 at the campground supper. Steak and chicken kabobshey vegetarians, my food poops on your food!

Working on side dish. German style hot potato salad. No recipe
from memory and scratch. Have made this 100 times.

One more thing, took the shells of the shrimp, boiled them with captains bay, strained it and added butter. Dumped over the boil on our plates. Probably not the healthiest, but omg was it good

Too hot to eat much tonight. Venison burgers with grilled a pablano peppers, creamed turnips and turnip kimchi. As you can tell, I have way too many turnips! -

Tex_77 mostly. She defiantly inspired what I like to cook. I would kick Joe’s ass in a cooking competition!

Everything turned out awesome. My seasoning is my pick in the deer steaks (savory flavors) and I’d pick our babysitters for the pork (sweeter and a kick of spicy). Potato was on point. I like tasting along the way to balance flavors!

Steven Winscot We are fortunate in Western Washington, our smoke comes and goes with the wind off the Pacific depending on the flow. The only problem, when we get the smoke from fires, we get it from the all in the Northwest and it often looks foggy. The smoke is suppose to move back in today for a bit with the airflow becoming offshore.
johnsbrewhouse I’m contemplating a fishing trip that way just for a breath of fresh air.
