Wedding Day Blues 1 Resize.jpg Well, the wedding was postponed for today, but I could not freeze everything that we had purchased to cook before the cancellation. I offered to just have the weeding here at the house, but the venue would not refund, only reschedule due to the mess. So, let’s call this the Wedding Day Blues; Barracho Beans, Brisket, Ribs, Sausage, Potato Salad, Smoked Honey Buttered Carrots (mmmm), Smoked Cabbage, Soda Bread, What did I leave out?

What should we call it? How about the Wedding Day Blues?Wedding Day Blues 1 Resize.jpg Wedding Day Blues 2 Resize.jpg

I just prepared a few wings on the Pitboss. Up next is a tiny (2.7 lb) spatchcock chicken and later a rib steak that’s almost the size of the bird!

Well I made pork loin injected with Pa’s Black Bull and rubed with Butcher BBQ’s Premium Rub and Honey Rub, then it was finshed with Butcher BBQ’s Chipotle Grilling Sauce.

Jonathon I’ll get it together for you tomorrow. The wine’s starting to kick in & I don’t want to screw it up. Are you talking about just the sauce or the stroganoff which uses some of the pasta water too?

Like a heart attack waiting to happen. But it sure tastes good. Can’t remember the last time I had corned beef hash. Yum.
