zbigjeff that is one option I was thinking about. I have enough leftover for a 12.5 lb batch. Might have to mix up a batch and run it through my patty maker attachment. My only hiccup is how it would do with ground beef instead of pork. Jonathon how do you think Supreme pizza brat seasoning would do with ground beef for pizza burgers?

ND Mike Try it and find out on a small batch. Just measure to the amount of meat (maybe a pound) dunk it with just a bit of water and mix, mix, mix. Thinking it would be good OR it wouldn’t suck.

zbigjeff I agree! I’m thinking a bit of course ground pepperoni log would be great to add to it.

ND Mike The last batch of brats I did with it I put bacon in it. It added a whole different flavor to it. The pepperoni makes it really good as well.

We use an italian sausage of choice. Cut or chop all other ingredients you want peppers, onion, black olives, mushrooms, pepperoni etc. Mix all together, make patties and grill. Top with cheese and put on a bun with spaghetti sauce.

Anybody have any ideas what to use for a pizza burger? I thought about a brat seasoning but wondering what others have used. I bought some pizza burger patties from a local meat locker and they were really good. I topped them with some mozzarella slices and pizza sauce.20220428_184544.jpg 20220428_190341.jpg

ND Mike My brain is firing on I didn’t need to drink a coffee this late in the day but I wanted to brain. You could mix up some meat with the seasoning, cook it, add some cheese, and other pizza toppings. Get you some empanada rounds and make you cute little calzones!

HerbcoFood that sounds good too! I would have to find some gluten free dough though.

ND Mike I mixed mild Italian seasoning with some burger . Made 10lbs of patties. They are by far my kids favorite burgers. I can’t wait to hear how yours turn out. My kids might end up with a new favorite. Keep us posted.

ND Mike The only one i’d imagine would work well would be |Supreme-Pizza-Bratwurst-Seasoning the Pizza Favored Frank and Weiner would act too much like a cured sausage and give you more of a hockey puck. Thats just a thought though, I could be wrong!
