Grimpuppy sorry I was not clear. If you make a different polycarbonate plate to make the burgers thinner, you could use the same plate for the sausage patties to make them thinner.
With the original patty maker having slightly tapered sides, could you not use the slider upside down and just make an insert to fit into the original patty maker for it to make the smaller breakfast patties.
