Jamieson22 sorry but I got a follow up question. If you use 3 each 48oz boxes of chez its you apply 2 or 3 batches of the ingredients to the chez its?
If I only want to make 1 box then I would mix up only 1 or 1 1/2 batches of the ingredients and apply according to your directions?
Again thanksJesser recipe is for 1.5 Costco boxes - which is 3 sleeves that fits in a single hotel pan. I just always make two batches of that at a time as it fits in my smoker.
Also no major preference on avocado vs olive oils. I use whatever I have on hand from Costco.

Again thanksJesser to clarify if you only want to make 1 box (48oz Costco size) do 2/3 of the seasonings/recipe. Also this is far from an exact science so you can wing it.

You must of bought all the McCormick seasoning from Sam’s club they are out or your posting caused a buying frenzy that ran them out. Lol!

Have a great yearJesser it is probably a seasonal thing else may no longer be stocked. I’d just wing it with something else that sounds good to you as that last seasoning. Hard to go wrong.

So seems the McCormick’s Honey Sriracha Seasoning is MIA but I did find this one at Costco today to give a shot. As mentioned, that final seasoning is a wild card so may as well try something new (but also have like 5 jars of the McCormick’s in the spice cabinet)!

And now I look once again and it is unavailable. -
Gonna give this a shot with some Lawry’s I found on Amazon.

And you can make these with any seasoning and they will be great so feel free to swap that for something else that sounds good to you.

Jamieson22 went to Costco today in Kansas City Missouri and they had two flats of the seasoning also so jumped on a couple bottles and slid over to the cracker isle and picked up a box of chesit’s. I’m ready to get mixing some tasty snacks.

BTW this is the seasoning I use in case anyone tries to hunt it down. It had been voted that this made the “best smoked Cheez-Its ever” so I stocked up:
Jamieson22 Walton’s also has the Ginger Beer Sriracha that is very good & I have been using that for some time.
