I went with Smoke House BBQ. Put the butt on before I went to work. Came home at noon to check on it. Looking good. Internal 160 right now.

Grimpuppy I would have said either the one you went with |Smokehouse-BBQ-Seasoning-and-Rub or the |Texas-Style-Rump-Rub looks awesome, remember to shake some more on after you pull it for that nice last zip!

Grimpuppy I use it as an injection. Im not sure how to describe the flavor as it is subtle and not overpowering at all. However it adds another level and seems to pair great with any rub a guy would use!

Grimpuppy That looks great. I almost always have some pulled pork in freezer for a quick meal.

Do you have that in single serve bags or do you pull out a family size meal at a time?

Ridley Acres It is just my wife and I so we vacuum seal enough for a meal with maybe a little extra for leftovers, but I would not be afraid to do larger sizes the same way.

That is what I did. Vacuum sealed enough for a couple sandwiches in each bag.
