Dr_Pain Looks like a good process, how do you clean it when done?
I washed them with plain ol’ soap and water after I was done. Before I was done I washed them with soap and water and used Iodophor dilution as per instructions.

I take the leftover and form a log close to the size of snackstick I’m making and throw it in the smoker with the rest. Just have a little skinless snack stick

Dr_Pain My stress balls/eggs arrived so we are going to do some testing with it and shoot a video that is something like Top 5 hacks for making Sausage.

A jerky gun will make sticks skinless with x amount leftover

Dr_Pain I’ve taken a smaller stuffing tube, covered it in plastic wrap and used that to push the mince out of the original tube. Works pretty well with something you already have on hand.

bocephus If you didn’t let it sit to marinate in all the seasonings, then let it sit overnight and then make patties for breakfast.
