Cooked up some KC strips tonight using Spiceology’s Cowboy Crust Espresso Chile Rub. I sous vided the strips then pan seared in cast iron for a minute and a half each side. The rub formed a great crust and had a lot of flavor, it had a nice spicy kick to eat and deep flavor profile with the espresso. Jonathon Austin

Johnsonville Original brats, Bacon wrapped Boneless Chicken Thigh with Heath Riles Everyday Rub, and TBones with Heath Riles Garlic Butter Rub and Waltons Steak and Roast Rub. Also had Mashed Taters with Chicken Gravy

twilliams nice looking meal.

. Should have saved at least one.cdavis Yeah, thankfully I have the opportunity to shoot multiple a year so I can enjoy it throughout the year without worrying about running out. This though is the time of year I have to start powering through some things.

lkrfletcher that is a dandy.

Cold Smoked Double Pork Chop that’s seared. Made some eggs made in the same searing pan and added a couple flatbreads for sopping. Needed a little something for brunch after having a 4 people over for a bourbon tasting last night.
